Quirk: Shock Absorbtion/Discharge Distortion: She can take in vast amounts of power/electrcity, drawing it in from surrounding electrically charged objects or what have you until she is at her limit, and she can use that power in a variety of ways. When she uses it too much though she gets dry, and dehydrated, and thus will need to either drunk herself in water, or drink lots of the stuff. When she uses up, all of her energy however, she needs to eat, and sleep, fast. Or she will lose some of her....maximum stock of power.

Personality: Quite the embodienet of the term 'spitfire'

She ussually doesent think before she acts, and acts on her gut instincts. 

Loves a good drink, but hates actually getting fully drunk, so she has a somewhat, medium, alcohol tolerance

loves basically all kinds of music, and is a savant, in that she can usually tell what kind of note, any sort of sound is.

Bio: Growing up in northern France Maud was always a rambunchious and wild child. Not to mention the earliest of bloomers. She got her quirk first among the other kids in town, she even got halfway decent, with it, earliest. Of course it all started, wierdly enough, with her sticking a fork into an electrical outlet as a child, and though she recieved a huge shock, she seemed fine. Hell, she seemed, more energized than before. Eventually, her parents wanted to move to america, she was, obviously very much against this, as a child, but when they moved into New Orleans, she changed her mind very quickly. She loved it there, and most of all, the music. There was quite vapidly, an over abundance of it and she was soon taking lessons for several different instruments, that she heard street musicians playing, all the time. By the time she was nine she was already a prodigy on the saxophone, the violin, the trumpet, trombone, and on the guitar and mandolin.

When she was only eight, her parents were driving her around, and they briefly stopped to look at a burning building, with fire fighters, and heroes, on the scene. She was not able to sit by and watch. Even though she was dressed to the nines, to go to an opera at the local theatre, she drained all the electricity she could from the car, opened the door, and ran inside. But, she didn't run into the building. Instead, she saw that someone was collapsed on the ground, outside, and and a hero was giving them CPR, unsuccessfully. She immiedtily shoved the hero aside and shocked the unconcious person, delivering them a kickstart back to their heart, and even their lungs. They then sat upright and began coughing from all the smoke they had taken in, but they were alive. From that moment on, she knew she wanted to be a hero. But, professional hero's were paid money to do their jobs. She had no need for the money. her family was well to do, and with her talents she could always find work with ease. So as she grew older, she decided she would never sign on with any hero agency. She adopted the name "Ecstatic Shocker" and started saving people and fighting villains, when she was just fourteen. This was around the time she was recruited into the american Hero school [name to be decided]. Of course, you would think that as with most things she excelled here. But no, she wasnt very good at this new school, she only got one thing down right at first and it was the easiest thing. She always put others, before herself.
