Bio: There once was a lion. Now this was no ordinary lion. He was not of yellow nor golden, nor brown fur or mane. He did not roam with a pride nor find it very easy to find a mate. This lion had fur of brightest yet softest pink, and a mane as soft as soft could get. Despite its off color fur, it was exceptionally massive, for a Lion. He was almost a whole foot taller and stronger than the average male lion. This lion travelled the world, across vast, endless deserts, and across tundra's and the oceans themselves. Sometimes he simply walked or ran across these surfaces. Other time he came across surprisingly friendly humans, whom would aid and shelter him. Though more often than not humans met him with hatred and fear. He did not blame them for it. For he knew what an imposing figure he must cut. A lion, walking down the middle of a busy city street. One day whilst walking through a vast savannah and begining to die of thirst because of the strong winds, He came upon a well. This well as situated about a mile and a half outside of a rural, mountainside town. He looked down into its depths, and instead of trying to raise the bucket, dove right in. He plummeted about sixty feet, and fell down into a massive pool of water. Clawing to the surface, and to a rocky shore he was soon astonished when he was met not with plain, blue water. But with an endless ocean of starlight. Yet the stars on the water still cast a reflection. A reflection of the brightly glowing crystals clutching toughly to the ceiling, among stalagtites. He settled his head down upon the water and began to drank. And he drank, and drank until he could drink no more, and collapsed smiling brightly as he drifted off to sleep. The next morning he found a large pot with an assortment of diced and cooked fish, lying next to him. He was suspicious at first but his hunger gave in and he devoured the massive fish presented to him by an unknown force.
Thus a cycle was born. For a full year, The lion lived in the well, and on the coastline its cavern lead out to. He drank the cosmic water, ate of the fish that would mysteriously appear, and exercised by teaching himself how to properly swim. By the end of this year. The lion had changed. He was stronger, faster, and had a power surging through him, he himself could not begin to comprehend. And then a woman, cloaked in the finest silks mirroring the very same cosmos of the water, rose up and spoke to him,"You are such an innocent and pure creature. You have roamed all over the world searching for something. Would you tell me what it is you have sought so long and hard for? If it is within my power, I will bestow it upon you."
The lion looked at her in marvel. She was the most beautiful and fantastic thing he had ever seen in his many years. What he said next surprised him. For he could not speak in the tongue the lady had,"Peace. Happyness and Peace." He stated plainly. She nodded and said,"Very well. I ask that you stay for one more day. And drink of my depths. I will help you, find your peace." And she descended into the waters never to be seen again. So the lion did as he was asked and spent the day doing as he was asked. Drinking the water, and relaxing. Until eventually he simply passed out.
The next day, the lion found himself no longer in the well. No longer depraved of light. Instead, he was sprawled out on a large open wooden expanse. Wooden floors to be exact. He had changed. Drastically. His skin no longer bore fur. But instead it was of a pale complexion. He was thin, and not at all muscular. His bright pink eyes and hair remained though. As he sat up he noticed, he was wearing something. Or rather, something had been draped over him. A large, comfty red blanket had been wrapped around his body. His thin, and feminine, form. Something clinked 'round the lions neck, and when he reached for his throat he realised there was a thin leather collar with a tag that read,"Starlight." Though, he could not read what it said. He figured it must be a name the woman in the well had bestowed on him. As was this new form. As it turned out, he had been placed in a monastary in nepal. His body was aged, about nine. Over the next few years he grew up with the monks that lived there and kept to himself. He learned to read, and write in many different languages, and for starters, how to even act, as a human being. When he had reached a certain, maturity the monks gave him the option to leave and find his own place in the world. Perhaps go to a proper school. And so he took heed upon that, and did just that. He went into the nearest town and went to school there, all the way through highschool. It was then that Starlight realised, he would not age. He had lived thirty years as a lion, and nine as a human. His body was fully matured, but he was not aging any further. This...somewhat delighted him. What alighted him even further was when he soon found how he could transform back into his original form. Soon he got a job. He saved up enough money, to travel once more. Now, he went to Iceland. He got a job there, and built himself a house. With a little help. An there he lives, makng friends easily but yearning for something more. Living alone, all by his lonesome.
