Bio: Born to quite the bizarre mix of a former IRA/Irish Mob, mother, and a high ranking Yakuza captain, for a father, Delilah's mom wanted her to have a pretty wholesome childhood and existence in general. So she got that. She went to private school for most of her life until high school. At which point, her mother put her in the public school system so she could learn some social skills, a little bit better. It was then that Delilah wanted to work, and earn her own money, instead of living off of daddy’s dime. So her dad put her up in an actually really simple job in debt collection....with the Yakuza. Only, she just ran the books and found the names...at first. After a while her boss, a lower ranking Yakuza member, sent her out to do the actual collecting. She gained a sort of Sukeban attitude from here, and it wasn’t very long until she was running the debt collection team, and she rose her way to the top and, she took over the entire Yakuza debt collection operation, all by the time she was nineteen. She was effectively, a Yakuza prodigy. Of course, it was shortly after this, as she was planning to go to college on the side, for buisness so she could run well, the buisness better, that her father was murdered in cold blood and a rival triad was blamed. But both Delilah and her mother sensed something was off, and blamed a very, very vocal group within the Yakuza that was against her father even being in his high ranking position since he married delilah's mom, and her being in the group in the first place. It took some doing, but by the time she was twenty, she had gathered enough evidence and proved it. However the family heads of the Yakuza needed to replace Delilah's dad. The obvious candidate since he had no brothers, or family besides his wife, was his daughter. But she was young, ill prepared, and unproven. So they elected someone from a different family, as their only choice. Furious with this, Delilah argued her case that she was ready, but was turned away and treated like a child. So what did she do? She worked her ass off and literally, and figuratively worked her way up the ranks of the Yakuza. Not only that but she was proving to be a far better, more effective, and compassionate leader, than the men she replaced as she went along, and even in some cases, slightly more brutal. Eventually she got to the rank just below her deceased father, and the council recognized her hard work, and gave her the position....with some supervision.
