Personality: Kind hearted, having a soft spot for children and animals she is very sweet and gentle, but in battle she turns it around and becomes an exceptionally fierce combatant that shows very little mercy. She also is the queen of sarcasm.

Bio: Vera was born into a family of mages. She was also raised to be strong, and to defend not only herself, but those around her and those that were close to her. She went to a private academy for mages that taught them magic and arcana history just as well as the history of the world they lived in and the other basics of the world. When she was fifteen she was given a choice, train to become a freelance wandering mage, or train with The Glaive, the scoiety of wizards, witches, warlocks, and mages that governed most of the magical world. She chose the latter and soon enough she was training to be a swordmage. Someone skilled in bladed combat just as well as combat magic and metal augmentation spells, such as casting fire on a blade, or coating it in an icy chill. Here she also learned how to forge swords with magic and effort alone. It was a much more taxing process than the standard forging, magically anyway. All you needed was the energy for the spell, and the materials, no forge required. It is quite a powerful technique that not very many have the strength to perform, and Vera was one of the few to learn and do it exceptionally well. This ability is known as Magesmithing, and magesmiths are not only in exceptionally high demand but very well paid because their blades are always of a much higher strength and purity.

She spent a good seven years at The Glaive's college, writing her graduation thesis on time and gravity magic, which to this day she continues to research. But now she works as a member of The Glaive, travelling across the land and rooting out demons and evil as well as providing aid wherever she can. When she doesn't get her monthly 'checks' from them, she is making money doing mercenary work or smithing.
